Global Dubbing Center may have access to its customers’ private access/connection information, special configuration and communication details related to critical devices, content files, raw audio recordings, translation and subtitle materials, and information that qualifies as personal data during its operations.

In this context, our relationships with the customers and official institutions we collaborate with are highly valuable.
The continuity of the services we provide, the confidentiality of the content and information we hold, the integrity of information assets belonging to our customers or our organization, and the security of personal data processing procedures are of great importance.

We record the processes of transmitting, storing, processing, deleting, and archiving content, and we manage them in accordance with customer requests and confidentiality requirements.

For this purpose:

• We have established the ISO 27001:2022 Information Security Management System and commit to continuously improving its effectiveness.
• We continuously review our risks and implement controls for risks above acceptable levels.
• We maintain a high level of information security and privacy awareness among our employees and ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with relevant legislation.
• We commit to fully complying with laws and regulations, KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law), intellectual property regulations, and sector-specific confidentiality requirements.
• We protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of content, access information, and personal data received from our customers and implement technical and administrative security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• We review this policy once a year to keep it up to date.
